Friday June 12th at 7:30pm we have booked Chris Cain to play at the Woodlawn Theatre. Chris Cain is an American blues guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known for his soulful baritone voice, jazz-infused blues guitar mastery, and emotive live performances. Emerging with his acclaimed 1987 debut Late Night City Blues, he’s since released 16 albums, including 2024’s Good Intentions Gone Bad on Alligator Records, and earned multiple Blues Music Award nominations. Influenced by B.B. King and Albert Collins, Cain blends blues, jazz, soul, and R&B with heartfelt storytelling. Tickets are $20. Sunday July 5th @ 4pm-7pm our Furst Sunday at Elysian Gardens entertainment will be Yarbrough & Company. Regi Yarbrough has won our Battle of the Blues Bands several times as a band and a duo and represented Alabama at the prestigious International Blues Challenge in Memphis. in 2019 Alabama Music Awards voted him Best Blues Male Artist. So come out to be entertained for a mere $10 donation for the band.

Sunday July 19th Blues Cruise on the Harriot II. We have arranged a road trip to cruise the Alabama River and listen to the John Bull Trio. Tickets are $35. Boarding starts at 4:30pm sharp. We set sail at 5pm returning about 7pm. We will arrange to carpool. Mark your calendars. More information coming soon.
